Born in Texas. Raised with Southern values. Long time Saginaw-area resident. Licensed REALTOR® since 2005 — Certified Texas Residential Property Manager, Texas Realtors Leasing Specialist, NARPM member, and EPA certified. Starlyn has been doing this long enough to know every owner's situation personally, and she treats it that way.
Twenty years in real estate has a way of teaching you things no certification covers. Starlyn knows which repairs are worth the cost, which tenants are worth the risk, and which owners need a straight answer versus a soft one. She's been the anchor of this team since day one — and the owners know it.
On the financial side, Starlyn handles owner disbursements, monthly statements, and accounting with the kind of precision that keeps owners confident their money is being managed right. She oversees rent collection, coordinates cost-effective maintenance, and makes sure every dollar is accounted for before it leaves the door.

Primary liaison for all owner communications. Knows each owner's preferences and spending thresholds.
Handles monthly owner statements, financial reporting, and originates owner's payments — every dollar accounted for, on time.
Oversees monthly collection, tracks delinquencies, and follows up to keep cash flow consistent for owners.
Arranges cost-effective repairs with reliable, insured vendors — balancing quality and owner budgets.
Manages bookkeeping, owner tax documentation, and annual financial records for the portfolio.
Leads the PM division day-to-day and serves as the senior decision-maker on owner and operational matters.
