On the financial side, Starlyn handles owner disbursements, monthly statements, and accounting with the kind of precision that keeps owners confident their money is being managed right. She oversees rent collection, coordinates cost-effective maintenance, and makes sure every dollar is accounted for before it leaves the door.

Handles monthly owner statements, financial reporting, and cuts checks — every dollar accounted for, on time.
Oversees monthly collection, tracks delinquencies, and follows up to keep cash flow consistent for owners.
Arranges cost-effective repairs with licensed, insured vendors — balancing quality and owner budgets.
Manages bookkeeping, owner tax documentation, and annual financial records for the portfolio.
Leads the PM division day-to-day and serves as the senior decision-maker on owner and operational matters.
