Before You Apply
This page is wired to the same system our team uses to manage 70+ doors across Tarrant, Parker and surrounding counties. A home appears here when it is ready to show and disappears the day a lease is signed.
Use the Apply Now button on the home you want. The application runs through AppFolio, the same platform that will handle your rent payments, maintenance requests, and lease documents if you move in.
We publish our tenant selection criteria in full: income, credit, rental history, background, and pet standards, applied the same way to every adult applicant. Read them before you spend a dollar on an application fee.
