Andrew Chavis

Maintenance Coordinator • Digital Marketing

Andrew Chavis

Andrew grew up in a Marine household where you learned early what things cost — in labor, in money, and in effort. That foundation drives everything he does: thorough vendor vetting, straight talk with owners, and a daily commitment to protecting other people's investments the same way he'd protect his own.

About Andrew

Built for This Work.

Andrew was born in Oceanside, California and moved to the Fort Worth area at age seven when his stepfather was discharged from the Marine Corps. He's spent the last 33 years in Tarrant County — and knows this area the way only someone who grew up here can.

His career before real estate covered a lot of ground: from being a solar farm electrician apprentice, to a electrician lineman in East Texas, and an Operations Lead at Home Depot — where he learned to manage people, vendors, and logistics at scale simultaneously. For three years before getting his license, he served as a virtual assistant to his wife Sarena and mother-in-law Starlyn, learning the property management business from the inside out before he ever stepped into the field himself.

Andrew manages marketing and vendor relationships across a 70+ property portfolio. He helps maintain the team's Approved Vendors list — insured contractors only — and oversees all digital marketing, the team website, and social media presence. He came into real estate knowing exactly what he was signing up for, and exactly why.

He believes that doing right by people and building something lasting aren't two different things. They're the same thing.

Maintenance & Client Relations

Fast Repairs, Clear Communication

Andrew coordinates maintenance requests from initial report through vendor dispatch and final resolution. He manages a vetted network of insured contractors across Tarrant and Parker County, ensuring that repairs are handled quickly, fairly priced, and completed to a high standard.

On the client side, Andrew serves as the owner's direct line for updates on their property — whether it's a routine repair, an inspection result, or an emergency situation. His goal is simple: no owner should ever be left wondering what's happening with their investment.
