Process & Instructions

We use PetScreening — a simple, secure third-party service — to manage all pet and animal profiles for our properties. This page walks you through how to create your profile and share it with our team.

PetScreening is required for all applicants and residents — including those who do not own a pet or animal. This service stores your pet's information securely in one place, making it easy to share with our team, your vet, groomers, doggy daycares, and more. Profiles are active for one year and should be updated annually.

How to Create Your PetScreening Profile

Sign In to Your PetScreening Account

Go to c21allianceproperties.petscreening.com and sign in.

Tip: Use the same email address you used for your property application.

Select Your Profile Type

Choose the profile type that applies to you:

Household Pet

Annual Fee Associated

Upload pet photos, breed information, vaccination details, and behavioral history.

Assistance Animal

Free — No Fee

Upload animal photos and medical documentation if required. Add breed, vaccinations, and behavioral history.

No Pet / Animal

Free — No Fee

Affirm your property's affidavit and confirm your understanding of the pet policy.

Important: For each pet and/or assistance animal — before a lease can be drafted or amended, a current, unexpired Rabies Certificate must be uploaded for each mammal.

Complete & Submit Your Profile

Fill out all required information and submit your profile. Once submitted, your profile will be active for one year from the creation date. Auto-renewal options are available in your PetScreening account settings.

Don't forget: You must also share your profile with Century 21® Alliance Properties — see Part 2 below.

How to Share Your Profile With Us

Log Back In

Go to c21allianceproperties.petscreening.com and log in to your account.

Open Your Completed Profile

Your completed profile will appear as a green banner on your screen. Click or tap the green banner to open your PetScreening profile.

Click "Share Profile"

Once your profile is open, click or tap the "Share Profile" button. A sharing window will appear with two options.

Search for Century 21® Alliance Properties

Choose the option that says "Select a Service Provider to share your profiles with." Start typing "Century 21 Alliance Properties" — our name will appear below in blue. Click on our full name to select it.

Click "Add Access" — You're Done!

After selecting our name, click or tap the "Add access" button. This sends your profile directly to our property management team so we can attach it to your application or resident file.

✓ You'll see "Profiles shared with Century 21 Alliance Properties" — that means it worked!
